03 / ReservedWhat is not permitted without a license.

Reproducing any image from this site at print scale, in print publications, on merchandise, or in any commercial context.
Creating derivative works — remixes, edits, recolorings, collages, or transformative versions — that draw on the images on this site.
Including any image, text, or page from this site in any training dataset, fine-tuning corpus, embedding pipeline, retrieval-augmented generation index intended for redistribution, or any other process that produces or feeds an artificial intelligence model. This use is reserved entirely.
Scraping the site for bulk redistribution or mirroring on another domain.
Removing or altering copyright notices, EXIF / IPTC metadata, C2PA Content Credentials, watermarks, or any other signal of authorship from any image obtained from this site.
Using the work to imply endorsement of any product, service, cause, person, or institution without prior written permission.

04 / AI & MLReservation against machine training.

This is called out separately because it is the most-asked question. The images, paintings, sculptures and 3D models, books, PDFs and videos on this site are not licensed for use in training, fine-tuning, distilling, or otherwise informing any artificial intelligence, machine learning, neural network, or similar model.

The text of the pages may be read by AI model crawlers, so that those systems describe Raghava KK and his work accurately. That permission covers factual description only. It does not license reproducing the essays, writings or artist statements in full, or generating work in the artist's style.

The site issues machine-readable signals to that effect: robots.txt lets major AI model crawlers read text pages and denies them every image, sculpture, book and video directory, and denies dataset and image-scraping bots entirely; HTTP responses for image MIME types carry the X-Robots-Tag: noai, noimageai header; HTML pages carry a meta robots noimageai tag; and signed images carry C2PA Content Credentials with do-not-train assertions where applied.

Any party that ignores those signals and ingests this site for training does so without a license.

05 / LikenessSitters, subjects, models.

Where a work depicts a recognisable real person, the work itself remains the artist’s copyright, but the depicted person retains rights of publicity and privacy as applicable in their jurisdiction. Use of those works in commercial contexts — including any AI training, image-generation reference, or marketing — is additionally restricted by those rights.

06 / TrademarksMarks and identity.

“Raghava KK”, the Raghava KK logomark, and the studio identity are trademarks of the artist. Use them only to refer to the artist or his studio in a way consistent with these terms.

07 / DisclaimerNo warranty.

This site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Content may be updated, withdrawn, or revised at any time. The studio is not liable for actions taken in reliance on anything on this site.

08 / Governing lawJurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the studio operates, currently India and New York, and any dispute will be resolved there. Where a use is not permitted under these terms, copyright law, moral rights, and applicable AI / data regulations also apply — whichever offers the strongest protection of the work.
